They are responsible for managing the day-to-day shop and kiosk operations, maintaining high standards and conditions, and Click Here to Applyfostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members. The shop manager creates the tone and personality of the store by being a role-model in all aspects of work including: customer service, product knowledge and education, safe work practices, and teamwork.
