Spiritual formation is woven into the fabric of who we are as an organization and how we carry out our daily work. Our vision is that neighbors can work together to harvest our fullest potential and cultivate a thriving community that seeks that Kingdom of God.

As an organization we believed that Christ is the ultimate pathway to abundant life and therefore all of our work is Christ-centered. We believe that each person is created in the image of God with a unique and special purpose, and we are committed to creating pathways for individuals to discover their identity in Christ in every program that we offer.

Through recruiting Christ-like coaches, mentors, and volunteers, incorporating Bible teaching into programming, and providing opportunities for students to cultivate Christian community, it is our hope that our neighbors will experience the love of God through meaningful relationships and come to know the power and wholeness of Christ.

Then Jesus made a circuit of all the towns and villages. He taught in their meeting places, reported kingdom news, and healed their diseased bodies, healed their bruised and hurt lives. When he looked out over the crowds, his heart broke. So confused and aimless they were, like sheep with no shepherd. ‘What a huge harvest!’ he said to his disciples. ‘How few workers! On your knees and pray for harvest hands!’
